Authorized Representative

Licensing Authorization. All undersigned collaborators hereby appoint [Authorized Writer Name] as the sole authorized representative to negotiate and enter into licensing agreements — including but not limited to synchronization, mechanical, and master use licenses — on behalf of all writers for this Composition. The authorized representative shall ensure that all writers receive their respective share of any licensing income in accordance with the ownership percentages set forth in this agreement. This authorization shall remain in effect unless revoked in writing by a majority of the collaborating writers.

Terms and Conditions. By signing this document, all parties acknowledge and agree that:

1. This split sheet represents the complete and accurate division of ownership for the work.

2. Each party is entitled to their respective percentage of all royalties generated by the work.

3. Any modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by all parties.
